#2 The first thing I tasted at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Greenhouse Guru Tomato and Feta Salad with Micro Basil and Balsamic drizzle. It was really fresh and inviting. A perfect dish for such a hot day, it was light and bright.

#3 Pairing Tastes and Sips - Is it cheating if the booth pairs it for you? This wine & Dine Studio, Artist Palatte of Wine & Cheese. The presentation on this was crazy adorable. Out of our group I think we all liked the Conundrum White Blend 25th Anniversary Wine best.
