Day 7 " The last day and it started with laundry. After we did a little bit of packing we headed to Magic Kingdom. We decided to take a little trips to the monorail resorts just for fun. When we got to MK, we and had lunch at The Plaza. How have we missed this little gem on previous trips? I ordered a tuna salad sandwich on a croissant and Tim had grilled reuben. Both were really good! Watched Dream Along with Mickey and then made our way back to ride the Teacups. First time ever for us. It was a real hoot! I think we hit up Haunted Mansion and then over to Pirates. I am a big fan of Captain Jack Sparrow and we got to see him in the Pirate Tutorial. If only I was a little kid... It was adorable! Big Thunder and Splash were on our list again today. Just as we got close to hopping onto Splash there was a storm in the area so we waited, and waited and waited and then decided to go see what would happen with our FP for Splash, since it was not running either. The CM said to just come back later and they would honor it. With that decided we went to grab supper at Casey's Corner. This is also a MUST each trip! We had a FP for 7DMT next and then we went back to Splash with no problem using our earlier FPs. Staked out a spot for Wishes and then it was sadly time to say good-bye to MK. Yes, there were more tears. Slowly wandered through the Emporium and picked up a couple of shirts and went back to POR. Caught a little bit of YeHaa Bob before we went back to our room to pack up for the trip home.
