ADRs or Flower & Garden food booths?

So I have made some ADRs for my Spring Break trip in late March/April, but I am reading the food booth offerings for Flower & Garden, and some look interesting. I am a light eater, but I see some things that might work and be fun to try. My question: should I just graze the F&G, or do ADRs and snack the F&G? What do you think?

I could always save the ADR places that I want to try for summer...

I say go for the grazing in the spring and leave the ADRs until the summer.

Maybe keep a couple ADR's, and snack the rest of the time?

I love the food offerings I've seen for Flower and Garden, but I've decided to keep 1 ADR a day (which is what I had before), at each park--I'll snack on Flower and Garden offerings when we'd normally have our second counter-service meal during our Epcot day.

This will be the first year they are offering food kiosks at the F & G festival.

This is the first year for food Marketplace Booths at Flower and Garden and they really look like they're going to be delish! The cocktails & mocktails are really stunning too! I think I would do at least one day grazing at F&G
