Aisle Treatment

Source: Uploaded by user via JoAnn on Pinterest

I just love this aisle treatment, and the best thing about it is that it would be so simple to recreate for an "at home" Disney themed wedding! A Mickey out of rose petals is a fantastic way to add that subtle little Disney touch no matter where you're getting married.

Would you incorporate this into your wedding? What do you think?

clapping I love it! My daughter is getting married next June, so just maybe I can talk her into this?!?! We have talked about having some subtle nods to Disney included in the decorations. She loves Disney too!

I honestly don't really understand the flower petals laid out in shapes on the aisle. I mean it looks GORGEOUS, but I can't imagine trailing through that in my big wedding dress, with petals getting all caught up under my skirt and then the aisle looking like a disaster. Has anyone done this or seen this done for a wedding and can attest to how it looks after the bride has drug her train through it? We did an aisle runner that I hand painted our monogram on and I loved it, but man I would have loved to do the rose petal decorations if I could have gotten past my vision of standing at the alter with a dress full of flowers.

I agree, I'd probably slide and fall on them.

rolling You have a very good point!

The church I was married in didn't allow them, so I have no idea.
