If I remember right... Tower of Terror is taller than the Castle in MK. But because they want the Castle to be the high point in Disney World... they dug a bit down so that the Tower isnt as high up. Its taller from head to toe... but the Castle at the very top is the highest in Disney World.

Oh! Gotcha. I'm going to have to pay attention to this when we go cause I don't think there is a directory at DCA.. Or I never noticed one at least, haha.

Its on a wall and you have to look down into it. Its one of the coolest things I think ive seen the imagineers do in Disney. Even more than the hidden mickeys

This is the type of stuff that I just find fascinating. Can anyone suggest a book with this type of info in it? I'm not even sure if it exists or not but it sure would be a good read to help deal with the anxiousness of my upcoming Disney trip.

I dont know of books... but ive come across plenty of websites about ToT and even the Haunted Mansion that has cured my boredom. I dont have the links off hand, but I know a google search will do the trick. And I posted the Haunted Mansion one somewhere on here in a HM thread. That one was a great read.

We just got the Tower of Terror movie from the library...what does that tell you? Haven't watched it yet but it has Steve Guttenberg and Kiersten Duenst in it, it's from 2002 I think. Not too promising but we'll see.

Oh lord. I saw that movie. It's...well..let's just say I wouldn't be sad if Disney did a remake of it..and made it good.

that's why it was at the library! Not sure I'd spend $1 to get it from red box!

I was just shocked at all the real, honest-to-goodness antiques. I mean, that's really, really amazing to me. I always assume everything has been built and crafted. Ah..GOTTA get back there and go really slow through the line!

How did you guess where I was Smile back now though. "lolligagging"... thats a new one on me, love it though.

I didn't know there was a ToT movie, maybe one to get from the library on a wet weekend.
