I'd love to do the Disney World Wine and Dine half-marathon in October. Has anyone done any of the races in Disney World, and does anyone have ideas for training schedules?

I'm trying to be a runner! I did a 5K at Disney long ago and that Wine and Dine half-marathon does sound interesting!
I'm not sure what level you're currently running, but if it's been a while, you can always start with the couch to 5K running plan. It gets you up to running a 5K in 2 months.

I mix in running with my cardio, but I wouldn't consider myself a "runner."

Thanks, Admin! That's a great schedule. I haven't trained in a while, so I'll use it to get started.

There is a Wine & Dine Marathon? I'm up for that! How long do we eat and drink? Although, I think thats what we do anyway when we're at WDW!
