Art of Animation Resort

The Art of Animation Resort (a.k.a. All Star Movies West) is set to open in Summer of 2012.
Too long to wait in my opinion! I love the idea of ASMo and it was one of my favorite resorts until POP opened and its newness blew it away. I am excited to see what improvements they make to the POP concept to make AOA better. I will definitely be staying here when it opens. The concept art for the Finding Nemo section look so cool!

That concept art is AWESOME! I'm really looking forward to trying that out. We don't need a family suite, so we'll have to get a regular room, though. I wonder what the difference in cost is.

I hope the prices are similar to the existing values and value suites. Do you think there would be a difference?

We wouldn't need a suite either..I was surprised reading that article that the number of suites clearly out numbers the regular rooms. I hope this doesn't make a regular room difficult to get there!

Very excited to see this resort come together. I wonder if people will start having a difficult time telling the difference between ASMovies and Art of Animation. Maybe they'll just raze ASMovies or turn it into something else...

I thought it was interesting that the suites outnumber the regular rooms, too. Maybe Disney's considering adding a fourth "level" to their hotel structure -- value, value plus, moderate, deluxe...
