I think the rooms are very kid-friendly. Not so appealing to me as an adult. eek

They're cool. I'd totally stay in one even though I'm an adult. I'm pretty much a 5 year old trapped in a 32 year old body anyway. laugh

We are staying in nemo this summer, very excited! I really wanted to do cars but the rest of my party talked me into the more central location of nemo

I'm looking forward to taking a walk over the AoA in November when I'm staying at Pop. This article has a video of the official opening of the resort this morning.

Thanks so much for posting that link, JoAnn C!

I'm debating whether to stay at AofA during my next visit, or try a different avenue. (We're planning to take my 70-something parents with us, as well as the elementary-age kids, and I'm trying to suss out whether we're going to be too cramped, and should instead opt for two-adjoining rooms in another hotel.)

OH! And it was so cool to see Mickey and Minnie and Chip blink in the video just now! I'd heard tale of such awesomeness, but had never witnessed it with my own eyes, so thanks for sharing that little piece of magic with me today! Smile

You're welcome. I thought it was cool seeing them blink. At the same time, I thought it was creepy that Daisy did not. LOL

I think they're really nice....the bed with Marlin & Nemo is amazing. I'm a big mush and that sold me. The final photo of the master bathroom is awesome. That bathroom looks like the photo was taken in a Contemporary room.

The things that I've heard lately about the art of animation is that in one of the rooms (i don't remember which on) there is a bed that folds up completely into a table, in the Nemo pool there is sounds under the water, and you have to be staying at that resort to use their pool....they have the whole RFID scanner things so unless you have a room key to that resort you can't get in

I think all the family suites there will have that.

If it isn't too late, in August we are going to be using all the sleeping areas for 4 adults. I will take a picture or video walk through with all the sleeping areas set up so you can see and decide what you think.
