Ooh...that looks nice! We stayed there once when it was the Royal Plaza and it was very cool...can't wait to see what it looks like when this company gets its paws on it.

Wait...maybe we stayed at the Regal Sun. Ha! That's a totally different resort, isn't it? Oops. Anyhow, the new hotel looks really nice! Thanks, Joann, for posting the update!

An update on the B Resort. This was from Friday so it should be opened now.

I use to frequent that location when it was the Royal Plaza as well ... They used to have a free hamburger and hot dog buffet at night in the lobby bar area. Always some good times had in there after "regular hours" were through. They used to stay open later than the other Hotel Plaza Blvd. hotels so all the other bar tenders would meet there after work. Awwww, the stories they had about guests. Good times.

And yes, Nancy ... Regal Sun (formerly the Grosvenor) is a different property. Right across the way though from there. Easy walk. I did it many times when I was younger staying at the Grosvenor.

I thought it had been the B Resort for a little while now ... Maybe I was wrong. Pictures look awesome though.

The Regal Sun was sold again and it is now a Wyndham. Along with Best Western Lake Buena Vista, two of the most budget oriented properties in the Downtown Disney Resort Area.
