Be Our Guest 7 AM Wake Up!!

Anyone else insane enough to try calling for Be Our Guest reservations at 7am?
I'm up anyway for work, and have gotten a busy signal or "We are unable to complete your call at this time..." for 10 min straight. The weirdest is the 30 seconds of dead air before the busy signal.

Going to have to stop trying for a while so I can get dressed - stupid job interfering with my Disney planning!

I got in for sat Nov 24th.
7:20 pm was the first opening though. That is kind of late for us for dinner but we will survive.

We were already going to be there just not in the Poly yet, but now I am going to call and see if I can just add Sat to our reservations or maybe even the Contempory for sat night.

ATTENTION ---> IF YOU BOOKED YOUR Be Our Guest Restaurant Reservation Information THERE WERE Issues THAT YOU MIGHT NEED TO RE-BOOK? If it did NOT ask for your credit card number, these reservations may be cancelled today due to a glitch in the system. You will need to call back on the dining line today and modify your reservation, adding a credit card number guarantee.

I just got a note from my travel agent - they're is an issue with the automated system not asking for credit cards

She said those reservations might be auto canceled tonightif there is is no card on the reservation

You have to call back and speak to an agent to get it corrected

Ugh - spent 45 min on hold waiting for someone, then the call dropped.
Will deal with this tonight hopefully...

This might sound evil, but with all the issues, I'd try tomorrow, in case other ADRs get cancelled from the CC issue...

3:00pm UPDATE: We're being told by readers that at this point, reservations made for Be Our Guest via the automated system that do not have a credit card guarantee will not be cancelled (thank goodness). It's still a roller coaster ride, my friends. I was told this morning that they would be cancelled, but many readers have written to let me know that the tune seems to have changed this afternoon. Call to be sure, but it looks like we're out of the weeds.

And Scrappy confirmed that with CM.

I called back just in case. My luck scrappy talked to the same cm that had no idea the reservations open on the 20th. CYB I always say. We are good now.
