The Beasts Castle & some other stuff

I just posted this article in the Mug thread but just in case you really don't care about the mug thread and didn't see it..the article also included some awesome pictures of the Beast's Castle in the new Fantasyland Expansion...

I love it and cannot wait for the new expansion..I just hope that it's finished by the end of May.

I love the perspective of it. I remember seeing one picture of someone working on it and it was like King Kong scaling the castle. Was just so cool.

Great article. I can't believe that they are canceling ESPN the Weekend. I was finally going to go this year.

I forgot about that part! I'm a little shocked by it. I thought it was something that did well. It's all over ESPN during that time..great advertising I would think.

Is it weird that my husband is crushed as well...he actually read it on a sports blog this am and called to tell me. He always wanted to go. We had the opportunity once but he decided against it. Now he will forever live with regret.

Great photos - thanks for sharing, Noturna! I've been wondering as well. All has been quiet on the Fantasyland expansion front since D23 expo. I think it's time for an update and some opening dates!

Ugh..I don't like seeing that opening date pushed back to the Fall..I was hoping to see it when we are there in May..oh well..just have to go back I guess! laugh

We are in the same boat there Bella, we are going in May 2012 and I was gutted when I found out it wouldn't be open. We have had to start planning a trip for Christmas 2013 so we can see it...although thats an excuse to go again really. I have never seen Christmas at WDW!
