Best Disney Forum

I've just recently joined this forum, and I just have to say you guys are the best! clapping

I've also been reading some posts on another forum, which will remain nameless, because the people there are just MEAN! High-jacked threads, and nasty sarcasm - yikes, that is so not Disney!

I've spent more hours than I like to admit looking through the photos, and ZZ - you are amazing. I wish I could take photos like you do. I have two weeks to go before we leave, and I can't think of a better way to pass the time than reading all your tips, stories and suggestions, and getting inspiration for the photos I'd like to take.

I agree but please do not forget that it's the people who make this forum what it is and we definitely have the best people, from admin and Brad at the top to the people who post and care enough about this forum to make it what it is.

I agree. I've only been posting here for about a week, but it seems like other forums are just too large and/or overrun for their own good.

I agree 100 percent with everything you and Vettelover said Finngirl. The whole gang here tries to keep it plain and simple, and the Staff here are some quite amazing people, which you will find out once you bump into them on the board. Nobody will bite your head off ( just watch out for your fingers around Mase! biggrin ) if you stray off topic on a thread, it happens all the time, we all do it now and then. Nasty usually doesn't happen around here.

I have to admit it, I'm a forum addict and have live accounts on at least 4 Disney forums inc. this one BUT, they're all pretty small-ish compared to those that shall not be named lol, filled with great groups of people like everyone here, it's just another wonderful thing about Disney - the disney communities!

stars It's so important that people have a place they can go to discuss their obsession without being judged. stars

It's so nice to know that people feel safe here. I have accounts at a few places not to be named, but in general, this is the only forum I'm actually active in. I truly think that all of the regular forum members as well as the staff work hard at seeing various points of view and encouraging people, no matter what their travel style.

At 76 I might be the most senior grownup on this forum but I don't really know. On this forum even you young pups act like grownups. It's a great place to hang out.

I agree. I've been around and it's definitely the most friendly and welcoming. Also, if you make a post, you'll always get a reply, which is not the case with some of the others. There is one that I go to from time to time because I've "met" a few people there, but it can get a bit snarky at times unlike this site.

Refreshing.

You're right - I've posted a couple of questions, since it's been 14 years since we've been to Disney. eek I don't know why we've waited so long. Anyway, there are new things and new procedures, and I'm a bit of a control freak - I like to know what to expect and how to do things. I'm sixty now, and don't want to look like a dithery old lady! The replies have been great - very informative, and relieved any anxiety I might have had.

I'm still working my way through all the photos, and I am just in awe! I'll say it again - Zapper Z, you are my hero!
