Well, although they don't actually have as many photos as I'd expect on their page, The Magic In Pixels has a lot of good info on photography in Disney World.
I haven't yet found site, besides some of AllEars resort/restaurant specific photo galleries, that has a really great representation of Disney Photos.

There is a fairly new blog site www.wdwphotagraphy.com that has some great pictures and also tells you how they got the shots.

I listened to the guys that has that site on the Betamouse podcast, they had some really cool things to say about how to take photos and whatnot. I recommend.

This guy, Joe Pennistone on Flickr is truly amazing!
Flickr has lots of Disney groups as well

I love http://www.disneyphotographyblog.com/ The contributors take great photos and they have lots of good tips!

Focused on the Magic is a fun Disney photography blog. I participate in their Wordless Wednesday blog hop sometimes. My favorite thing about them is that I always feel that my pictures as an amateur are just fine to share. It's not a super professional site, it's photography for everyone.
