Best Disney World Burgers

In the food pictures therad, Donald mentioned that the Captain's Grill burger is his favorite. I've never tried that one and I thought I had tried all the noteworthy burgers in WDW. What do you think are the best WDW burgers?

I was trying to remember where else I had burgers lol.. hmmm.. Whispering Canyon, Beaches and Cream Soda Shop.. I know there's more and I know where the WORST burger at WDW was..
it was at that stand over there by Tower of Terror.. I think it's Sunset Ranch Market? wow.. I took one bite and I refused to continue eating it

but yes, my fave is Captain's Grille! did you seeee all that cheese??? and it was perfectly Medium..with a lil pink, nice n juicy and bbq-ey flavor! *drool*

Nope , nope , nope. I now have to say that the Kobi Burger at the Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom was and is the "Best" burger I have ever had in my life. It was absolutely amazing!

I've heard good things about that burger Mr. Hub. I tend to still favor the Liberty Tree Tavern and Beaches and Cream burger, but I'm ready to try some new ones on my next visit. Like these new specialty burgers.

I completely agree with the Captain's Grill -- or the Yacht Club Galley, which is what I still call it more often than not!

That's what I am taking it to mean...although you do point out an important spelling distinction, Bella.

I'm going to have to do a burger sampler next time I go there. I'm surprised there are so many I haven't tried.

Nono Mr Hub! We're not grammar teachers correcting your spelling! We're wondering if it is that pinnacle of beef flavors, Kobe beef. So, yes? Not just clever marketing on Disney's part to lure in unsuspecting foodies?

It is made with American Kobe beef, still excellent!

Brad, you and scrappy could get together on that. She's a "Big" burger person.

Not necessarily...unless a burger for you must have all the bad stuff Smile But seriously, I have a killer turkey burger recipe (should I post?) and grass fed beef and bison are both delicious and super lean. I'm not so much a bread girl (unless it's really great bread), so an oat bran pita or some sturdy lettuce will serve as a bun for me nicely.

But I know what you mean...I'm still craving one! That oatmeal I had for breakfast just didn't do the trick. waiting

Here's my favorite turkey burger recipe that Joe makes:

Is the peanut sauce taste strong?

I don't think it's too strong, but the beauty of this one is you can use less on your burger, since it's a spread. I usually have a little less on mine than Joe has on his because I don't want to overpower the taste of the turkey burger.
