I thought I'd start a thread about this experience. Most of us have gone multiple times and oftentimes we're REALLY looking forward to something that just doesn't work out. We had one trip where I was REALLY looking forward to RnRC and it was broken the two times we went to DHS. (MGM at the time technically). Anyone had something they were really looking forward to that didn't work out on a WDW trip?

Yeah, and the service was actually good.

We've had shaky service at 'Ohana recently, too. Hopefully that get sorted out soon!
I think my biggest disappointment was a trip when it just rained constantly. I was really looking forward to getting some sun (it was winter back home), and no go. Rain, rain, rain. And not even hurricane season!
I was VERY excited to ride Soarin' when it first opened, and after waiting in a trillion-hour line, it shut down right at the front. Ugh. There's just nothing you can do, and you can't get that time back.
Also, when they took the potatoes away at 'Ohana. Very sad day. Big surprise. Boo hiss.

I was very disappointed that my parasailing appointment was canceled at the last minute because the boat needed to be serviced. I couldn't reschedule because I was leaving the next day. Lesson learned: Don't schedule something you really want to do at the end of a trip.

We were all disappointed too! I was looking forward to hearing about it!
