I'll be in WDW in less than 75 days and want to find out about any bounceback offers right away.
Does anyone know if they are available only to the person who has their name on the reservation?
I'm a paying adult under my sister's reservation and if there is an offer, am I eligible too?
I think if your name is on the reservation, you can book it, but you can always check at the front desk as soon as you get there. The offer is usually in the room when you check in.

I have a jean jacket with three embroidered Villians on it that I ordered thru the Disney Store over a decade ago.
I've had people ask to buy it off my back.
