BWV, here I come!!!!
Who: Disneydoc, 53
Where: Boardwalk Villas (with a pretrip night offsite)
When: June 22-July 1
Arrival: Saturday, June 22, hopefully early afternoon. (try to get out of N. Atl. by 5-5:30 AM)
Plans: drop stuff off at Fairfield Inn on S. Apopka; DTD guest services to pick up renewed AP OR straight to Epcot to do the same.
Meet Julie & Mike and maybe Dee at 4:30 in front of American Adventures for snack/drink/chat before Julie, Mike & I go to the Hotel California concert (their last night). I may very well see all 3 of their shows, as they are often a bit different. Big Eagles fan here.
Probably stay for Illuminations, then drive back offsite for the LAST time this trip!
Sun. June 23 (the first full day): Eat a free bfast at Fairfield; hit the Disney outlet mall off of Vineland; pick up a few grocery items at Publix near the outlet mall, and check in to BWV! Pool, and whatever park within walking distance that strikes my fancy.
Note: any rain free afternoon includes pool time at that scary clown pool.
Monday, June 24: BOG ADR at 4:50 PM!!!!!!
Tuesday, June 25: Teppan Edo ADR at 12:10 - AP discount good for weekday lunches. My very favorite food.
Wednesday, June 26: Sci-Fi Dine-In 11:45 AM ADR (first time there!)
Thursday, June 27: nothing specific - whatever I am in the mood to do
Friday, June 28: Hollywood Brown Derby ADR 12:20 - Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake (probably to go - I got too full to order it last time)
Saturday, June 29: Liberty Tree Tavern 12:50 ADR - can you say "turkey and dressing???"
Sunday, June 30 - MUST see Slippery When Wet (the Bon Jovi group) - this is their first night, and the only day I will be able to hear them! They are so awesome.
Monday, July 1 - whatever park I must hit, one last dip in the pool, and a snack for the road as I leave WDW.
I will work in the Billy Joel tribute band one of those nights, Fantasmic, Wishes, and all my favorite rides. I really do not know if I will go to AK this time, but I always say that, then have to go safari and see Lion King. And Nemo. We'll see. Some fav counter services and snacks too - especially that new strawberry cupcake at HS - the one on the Disney Food Blog today! And of course a carrot cake cookie. A Dole Whip. and must try a Mickey Bar.
And away I (almost) go!!
