Can somebody tell me what "schoolbread" is?

I've seen a lot of snack posts about schoolbread. I've never heard of it before. Can somebody tell me what it is and where you get it? I love trying new things!

its a super delish pastry filled with custard available in Norway....very highly recommend!

I'm glad you asked. I had assumed it was just some sort of freshly baked bread. That looks much better.

No clue.... but they sure look amazing! Im going to have to get a journal out for all the stuff I want to try come November... lol

Yes , its definately coconut. Just had one last weekend. It was definately very good. A lot like a doughnut.
