Due to precautions for COVID-19 vessels carrying 100 or more people are prohibited from operating in Canadian waters through February 2022. As Disney's Alaskan Cruises currently depart from Vancouver B.C. which puts a big damper on plans for anyone thinking to head North this summer. The entire 2021 Alaskan season for the Disney Wonder and one fall sailings on the Magic are all likely to be impacted by the new order, as well as the new two night Seattle cruises.
The DCL cruises are no longer accepting reservations on the website for cruises departing from Vancouver, but the cruises have not yet been officially canceled. One could speculate that perhaps sailings could depart from the Port of Seattle without forcing too much change, but the reality is that brings another set of problems for DCL if the ships don't make a port of call in at least one foreign port.
