Anyone here done this? Do you get the big medal your second race? My crazy brides maid and I may run the Tinkerbell half in January and then Princess next Feb, so I'm curious about the logistics of this.

I haven't done it myself, but I follow the runDisney community fairly closely. Yes, you would get the Coast to Coast after your second race in the same calendar year. You have to be able to prove time in the both of them.
At packet pick-up for the second race, Princess 1/2, they should have it marked beside your name that you are doing the coast-to-coast. Be sure to double check, but it's usually automatic. They will give you a wrist band you need to wear through the race. When you cross the finish line, there is a second medal line for coast-to-coasters that's located past the first medal line. Show them your wrist band and they slip the big one on your neck!
GAH! Ok new addition to wedding coast to coast provided i have the cash. And I'm so getting my bridesmaid in the crazy photos
