Customer service magic

I hadn't been able to do any fastpass+ reserving, even though I have Magic Bands in my house, tickets bought and linked, and the invite to try it. After a total of THREE HOURS on the phone trying to fix it, FINALLY Chelsea of Internet Help got me taken care of and I have fast passes already for our favorite rides! I have no idea if we will use them or if our relaxing trip will make us do other things, but it's SO AWESOME to not have to beat the crowds to get a FP.

ALSO, a few days ago I called about two "after 4pm use" tickets I was going to use pre-race at Epcot. The lovely woman told me they had already been used. sad She was trying to fix it, but I told her "oh, my friend sent them to me, she won them in a giveaway at work" (which is true), so I didn't expect Disney to do anything at all about it, just bad luck for me, no worries, yada yada. She said she would check it out and then get back to me. Well...today I got an email that two one-day complimentary tickets had been added to my reservation! clapping clapping clapping awesome awesome awesome mickey mickey mickey mickey

I really think there's something to the "don't be rude when things don't go your way" gig. I don't even remember that woman's name, but I'm pretty sure she made it happen. Only 20 days left!!!!

That's exactly what I was thinking every time I called...there was NO way I was going to be happy standing at guest services instead of out and about!

That's great! One of the reasons I love going to Disney so much is the service you get. You just don't get it anywhere else!

I also had a great experience with someone at Internet Help going above and beyond. When I signed up online for MyMagic+, the system assigned both of our Magic Bands to me and none to hubby. I forget the woman's name who fixed it, but she did a great job.
