I will post something a bit more formal but I wanted to get a few thoughts down before it got too far away:
[ul][li]All in all it was one of the most incredible Disney experiences I will probably ever have in my life[/li][li]Disney seemed to learn as the days went by on how to make things run smoother[/li][li]Disney did not have a good sense of what their audience for this event would be. They held panels in rooms that were way too small while the 4k seat arena sat empty the majority of the time. Anything that had to do with Imagineering or "old school" Disney was high in demand. I think it surprised them what we actually wanted to see[/li][li]To ensure you got into things you had to wait a minimum of 2 hours or so to make sure you made the cut[/li][li]Some panels/keynotes I was able to attend: Bob Iger/Legends, Dick Cook (2nd row) Jay Rasulo, John Lassetter, Toy Story 1 & 2 Screening, Remaking It's a Small World w/Tony Baxer, The Boys screening with Richard Sherman and the ABC TV preview. The only thing I really wanted to to and couldn't get in was the Afternoon with Imagineering Legends.[/li][li]I was somewhat disappointed in the Archieves stuff (way too much HSM/HM/Disney channel stuff) I guess I wanted to see more older Disney history
[/li][li]Time management was not very good on Disney's part. They were not prepared to handle the amount of people for Iger's keynote and ended up starting 30 minutes late. Due to that I missed the Beauty and the Beast panel.[/li][li]After Dick Cook's presentation on Friday all other presentations paled in comparision. [/li][li]I got to meet Lucky and WALL-E (2nd most favorite part of trip)
[/li][li]It was a very long 4 days. By the middle of day 4 I was beat.[/li][/ul]I will have a more detailed thoughts in a few days but wanted to get out some quick thoughts to you guys
Let's remember it all started with a mouse
