When I was at Epcot last fall, a guy got arrested shortly after rope drop for being in the women's restroom near Epcot's Guest Services peeking over the stall walls. A woman went in with her child, got a creepy feeling for some reason, looked back as she left, and saw the guy watching her. She reported him immediately, and they got the SOB right away. Stuff can happen anywhere, so vigilance is always advisable, but I still think we're safer at WDW than at most other recreational venues.

If I recall last summer there was also a problem at one of the water parks. Just goes to prove that there are creey people everywhere.
