Disney Christmas Present

Jeff's Joe isn't the only Disney enabler!

Dave got me this COOL book that he found at a local thrift shop. He goes there to look for suit coats with elbow patches. I wish I was kidding. He's 29.

Anyway, he found this book a few weeks before Christmas and picked it up as part of my Christmas present. It's an old book about Walt Disney World resort and features all sorts of cool pictures. It's sometime in the 80's because Epcot is called Epcot Center and there is no MGM. Also there is only 5 or so resorts. Best part..it was a steal at one hot dollar!

Yes, that's a truck in the background. I have a 2 year old boy. Trucks are everywhere.

OH How cool is that!! MEGA points for Dave! Half of which he loses for the elbow patch thing...DAVE! NO!!!

That's a great steal for a dollar! I am excited and jealous all in one! Ha!

Great gift for a Disney enthusiast. As for the suit coat with elbow patches I also picture him lounging in front of the fireplace puffing on a pipe for thet ultra sophisticated look. Smile

He does have a pipe..which he doesn't actually smoke because it makes him nauseous.
You know that saying, "there's always something with you isn't there?"...that kind of sums up Dave in a nutshell.

In other news he did get me a bicycle clock as my other gift. Not one dollar.

I got a Disney book for Christmas too from one of my friends. I just got it on Sunday. I have been meaning to take a picture of to post here but I haven't had a chance to.

I finally got around to downloading the picture. The book is "Buidling a Dream, The Art of Disney Architecture".
