I'm trying to get some last minute things together and I came across a blank spot in my knowledge. Hopefully someone here has experience and can answer for me. I know that you're not supposed to leave Disney Dollars of Gift Cards as tips.
However, if you're paying for a meal or drinks on a Disney Gift Card, can you put the tip on that card too?
Yes you can. I've done it several times. The cast members will get their tips as if you paid with a credit card. Also if you have charging capabilities on your KTTW card you can charge all tips/meals etc to your room then pay GS with GCs. I often do that and then I know what I'm spending.
