We have never been during Christmas, so do they have different food and desserts for the Holidays?

I am actually curious about this myself. We've been at the start of December, but never on the actual holidays. Do they do anything special?

When I worked at the contemporary, we had special holiday meals for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we had seating times. The foods were traditional offerings. It almost had the feeling of being sort of like a preplated offering. This was at the Steakhouse, the Contemporary's mid-range offering. I'm not sure what they were doing at the California Grill, but it seemed to me like last year, they were doing some interesting things at the signature restaurants with traditional flavors...kind of like new spins.
