Ok folks..Although this upcoming trip is our 6th Disney vacation.This is the first time we've booked direct thro Disney..Our flights booked separate with Virgin Atlantic..When paying off our trip ( via phone ) last month, the lady said we would get all our paper work sent to us, two weeks before departure..What does this include..Example..Does it have my DME confirmation for the coach driver.?..At this moment I'am printing off various paper work that was sent to me when I booked the holiday..

If she was referring to the DME paperwork then yes.. You will receive a packet in the mail with your luggage tags, Magical Express passport and some other important information. It usually comes about 2 weeks before you leave so I'm assuming thats what she meant. Since you guys are coming from the UK and won't have your magic bands in advance you'll need the Magical Express passport in order to board and take the bus to your resort.

LOL..Cheers for that...Yeh, I've customised our bands and should get them at our resort on our first night..
we have never booked through Disney either but I can say since 2012 we have always used the Magical Express we booked it through a link (which i think you did too watchmaker) and you get an e-mail confirmation we have never had anything other than the printed e-mail which gets sent to you and if I'm honest i don't think they have ever even asked for it they usually ask for you party name, how many people are in your party and where you are staying and they usually find you, they then give you a voucher to give to the driver and some for your return
