Disney Reservation Number??

Hi everyone
Sorry if this has been asked before or if I have posted this in the wrong section.

Mr Ferret and I have booked for May 2015 through a travel agent. We really want to start planning and play around with the My Disney Experience app. But it says we need our Disney reservation number, does anyone know how we can get that? Our travel agent hasn't been very helpful with that sad
I understand it may be a little early it just sucks that we can't use the app properly without it. For instance we want to get our magic bands sorted.

Thanks in advance for any info
Donna

We frequently book through a timeshare exchange and (up until recently when hubby finally got himself a My Disney Experience account) we did not get a Disney mailing with the reservation number. So, just call WDW. Give them the name under which the reservation has been made, where you'll be staying, and your check-in date and they'll give you your number. I don't have the number handy, but it's easy enough to find on the WDW website.

Have you tried logging in to manage your booking online? Did you book through virgin or was it a company booking on behalf of virgin?

We booked through a company on behalf of disneyworld and we had to wait a day or 2 and we got a long reference number added to the booking and that set everything up for us

It's the Disney one you need - the same one as you need to book te magical express online (if you have ever done it) and you should have your reservation numbers straight away that sounds strange I would try and ring Disney direct and ask for your reference number to access MDE because if you are booked I can't see a problem unless it was only a day or so since you booked it????

You may just be to far out from your trip to do anything yet. If you are booked, Disney would have a number. Since your over seas though it a whole different case on how things are done from what we can do here in the states.

Disney may not give you anything since you went through a travel agent, but we have never used one, so I could be wrong.
