I am 38 days away from my Disney trip 
and I just got an email from Disney asking me to do a survey. Which I did but I was wondering if anyone else has received that email? It had questions about MDE and FP's and interestingly if for my upcoming trip as anyone contacted me from the resort where am staying. Very interesting survey.

I've gotten several. We are down to 29 days. I got one from DVC & regular disney. I've done 6 surveys in the past 3 months.
I got a survey as well.
I've only gotten them after my stay.
I got the email today regarding the survey for my previous stay and the use of the FastPass Plus and My Disney Magic. They also asked me about my upcoming trip, which will be in august.
I took the survey, and they certainly heard my opinion on a bunch of things.

Never had an E-mail survey but did participate in a survey at EPCOT of the sit down around a table group discussion type.
