Oh wow!!!!

I've never been to DL but I have heard about how small & how right in the middle of everything it is! I guess Walt had the right idea by buying up all the land around MK in Florida.

It really is interesting. I think that going to Disneyland fulfills some of the same needs as Disney World, but overall they're really different. I actually enjoyed DL much more than I expected too. Some of that might have been the newness, but some of it was just the minor differences.

Now, now -- does that include Disneyland's DTD and the Disneyland Hotel? That should add another quarter inch or so Wink

I have to say though, that the Magic Kingdom and DL look similar in size. I always heard DL was considerably smaller.

It's often reported (although I don't know how accurate) that all of Disneyland will fit into the MK carpark with room to spare.

Does DL really seem that small when you're there?

No, it doesn't. There is still tons of fun to be had. That said, it is apples and oranges - you can't really compare the two.
