I really have very little expertise in this area, but I suspect some of you may have more. In fact I know some of you do and I think it's a very relevant discussion to this group so let's dive in. Who wants to share some wine insight in WDW?

I like a nice Cabernet with a lot of meals, but at "fancy" places I'm embarrassed to say that sometimes I pass, just because I don't want to show off my ignorance.
We really enjoyed dining at California Grill and having the waiter be so versed in wines. We tried several and ended up having some great options for our meal. They seemed to really enjoy having us try wines there...it was really nice.

That's actually a really good point, when the staff there seems enthusiastic about telling you about their wines it makes it much more enjoyable to be ignorant.
The problem is you can't know until you've gone down that path. Even if you then decide you "don't want any wine" it's still a bit of a downer.

Does anyone have insight into the wines at Artist Point? They're supposed to have the best from the Northwest US there. Since we're eating there soon, I'd love suggestions.
