Yes folks..I'll admit it..I suffer from DOCD. sad ..Disney Obsessive Compulsive Disorder ...24/7... I write down a huge list of must stuff, from eats to drinks, things I've missed out on, things to buy..The list seems to grow on a daily basis..No wonder my poor DW and DS just shake their heads... sarcastic ..I can't help it..So is this trip any different from the previous 5..Well yes it is...Right from the start..We are flying out of England instead of Scotland..We are flying Virgin Atlantic for the first time..We are landing at MCO instead of Sanford..We are using the ME..We are staying at WL, our first experience of an deluxe resort..We have booked more ADRS than ever before ( including 3 signature restaurants ) We have made our Mousemaid envelopes for daily tips, and also our 13 day schedule on individual cards which slot into my DW tigger shoulder bag...( see photos ) ..So there you have it..I've confessed...Now is there anyone out there like myself who has this awesome disorder.?..Pray tell me what obsessive stuff do you on your Disney vacation.?...Oops..Upside down photos..There's something you don't see everyday.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do this!!! I have a spreadsheet with all my daily plans on but I also have daily schedule of events to take with us to the parks, I've got my mousekeeping envelopes and am also making tip envelopes aswell to keep me busy I have to do lists in fact I have a whole binder full of things (its called the green bible its beautiful) and it has everything I could ever want in it!

we are also flying Virgin Atlantic for the first time since I've been an adult (last time was about 2000 I think?) and we are driving down so I've also done my driving directions (even though my car has sat nav........don't ask!) and have packing lists for our night at Manchester airport and for our Florida cases I've even made a playlist for our car journey with a mix of Disney and non Disney songs (at mam's request I wanted Disney for 3 hours!)

all this keeps me going on a daily basis (and this forum I'd be lost without it!)

think I've covered everything?!

DOCD? I think most of us around here suffer from that malady.

I have a two-page Word file, first page is a table (like the Excel spreadsheets other people use) detailing the details of every day - where are our ADRs, in which park are our FP+ reservations, what's the park du jour and, if we're hopping, the park of the evening, park hours and crowd estimates per day, etc., etc. Second page has details of things that need to be done before the trip - online check-in, reserve ME, etc. - along with details on the ADRs and possibilities for counter-service meals.

Then I have one sheet divided into eight sections, each of which lists the firm plans for each day - FP+, ADRs, times of fireworks and other shows, park du jour, etc. This gets cut into eight pieces so I can just shove each day's piece into a back pocket and instantly know what's next on the day's agenda without having to worry about batteries dying or other electronics problems.

Oh, and when the Food and Wine Festival is going on, I have a page listing all the festival booths going clockwise around the World Showcase and prioritizing food items by preference.

And of course there are the packing and prepping checklists. Which reminds me, I need to get to work on them.

Cool. I especially like the mousekeeping envelopes. I have an 11 x 17 sheet of paper with a full schedule of attractions and meals which has been constantly revised. Cutting it into manageable sized pieces is a good idea.

I even have a reminder about the flag retirement at 5PM on my phone to beep us! I don't think it's obsessive; rather, it is getting the most out of our hard earned dollars. We have often mentioned on this site that there are many activities that don't cost anything and so I want to remember those too.

My phone beeps 15 minutes before FP+, ADR, and parades, and things like the flag retirement.

Haha, I think we all have that! I still have a ways to go, but my friends and I are already planning out what we want to do, what's not to be missed. I have plenty of things save on my computer and in an notebook! I look at it and write new things almost every day...It helps keep me excited, since it's still so far away!

I have my trusty (and favourite) Donald Duck notebook where I have my entire holiday life written down. The book band has separate lists for everything also tucked in the back.

This is my trip bible and will become my journal as well. But I do also have a spreadsheet that I will print when I've stopped faffing about with adr's and fastpass selections!

It's lucky I've written it in pencil the amount of things that I've tweaked!

I have a hard copy of everything on my phone for everyone in our party so they can look too AND when you're in the direct sunlight, seeing the phone screen is difficult.
BTW, not selling mind you, but it was time for the family phone upgrade and while my techno geek sons RAN to the Galaxy 5 (one in blue and one in gold), they kept trying to talk me out of the Note3. I LOVE IT! muchlove
Yes, it's bigger in size but has 32G built in, plus I can put a 32G chip in for picture storage and best of all...(drum roll, please) I CAN READ IT.
I researched it and oddly enough the highest reviews (all 5 star) came from people over 50. No brainer and I LOVE IT! muchlove

What a treat for the trip. The camera in it is as good as our PHD one (push here dummy), so we are just taking the phones for this trip. Jeshie, it may be common use for those here to use the reminder alarms, but for me it's new! awesome
