Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts

I am thrilled to say that I have worked my first shift at the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts on this past Saturday in over a year. My last shift was in February 2020 for Aladdin, I was excited and nervous to be back because they are utilizing the Seneff Arts Plaza for events which is new. They have set up boxes that can seat up to 5 people and they spaced out so you can enjoy the show without having to wear a face covering but if you leave the box, then you must have you face covering on. They also have a qr code you can scan to order food and beverages that will be brought to your box. I was able to work the The Music of Disney on Braodway which had Ashley brown, Josh Strictland, Michael James Scott, and Kissy Simmons. They some of the Broadway Stars that come to Epcot for the concert series. They covered most of the shows except Freaky Friday and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. It was the exact same show that is at Epcot except much longer. It was very easy to work and I only did about 30 minutes of work to help guests find their seats because I'm not supposed to do manual labor since I'm a volunteer.
