My daughter has a friend coming to join us in Disney. We stuck his name on our DVC room so that he can come swimming with us. This should also mean he will have free parking at our Resort. Not being a regular driver at WDW, how does one go about getting a Parking pass for their car? Do DVC members have free parking at the Parks as well?
I don't think they do the passes any more. I believe they check every car at the entrance/security gate for a.dining reservation just to get in of not a resort guest, or scan your Magic Band and/or check the reservation guest list names and check IDs.I
But we haven't stayed at a resort in a year or so, so can't say for sure. I'm pretty sure DVC gets free park parking too. But find out in advance what they need as proof - They've started really.checking passholder IDs lately so guessing they check
something for DVC as well.
I don't know about parking in the parks specific to DVC members. If he is on your reservation, he'll have free parking in the parks as a resort guest.
