Where can I find fresh fruit?
Can I find any lowfat or Greek yogurt anywhere in the park?

I don't know about the yogurts, but there are places to find fresh fruit. Liberty Square Market Kiosk has fresh fruit, apples, banana's, oranges and such. The Kona Cafe has an awesome fruit bowl on their menu. Its a half a pineapple filled with fruit.
EPCOT you can get a pickle from the kiosk near Test Track, they are great for a mid day snack on a hot day.

I know Liberty Square Market in the MK, near Hall of Presidents, has a variety of fresh fruits and veggies!
