Epcot - Journey of Water Moana Inspired Attraction

Journey of Water, will be the first Disney Parks attraction inspired by Moana.
The walk through attraction promises a "lush exploration trail" that will "invite guests to meet and play with magical, living water."

Looking at the new concept art from the Park it appears Journey of Water will sit somewhat between the main walkway from beneath Spaceship Earth and The Living Seas with Nemo and Friends. Approximately where the building that contains the Art of Disney and Baymax Meet and Greet is currently.

I thought I read it will connect the Seas and the Land. I will have to look for that one.

During the panel it was revealed that Epcot's Future World will be divided into new "neighborhoods," one of these neighborhoods is called World Nature, and that neighborhood includes the attractions Journey of Water, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, and The Land. However from what I see in the concept art they are all still distinct attractions on their own.
