Epcot - What's This?

There's a multi-story structure with trees on the top that I have been seeing pop up in concept art and the minimalist model of Epcot at D23. I'm really excited to discover what this interesting structure could be! It appears to have a rooftop garden space that will have one truly amazing view of the World Showcase Lagoon. It looks like it will be located the space that currently houses the Character Spot, Fountain View and Club Cool near the Imagination pavilion.

I found a couple of images in a facebook group that suggest there is an outdoor escalator, and at least one restaurant that will be in this area. However I lost the post before I could pull the images to share with you.

What do you know about this new space? Hopefully we ill find out more on Sunday!

OK - so as more reports come out of D23 I am hearing that this multi-story structure may be a brand new festival center! I actually really like that, as this placement moves the festival center more central to where the festivals happen. Plus a space designed exclusively for that purpose is all sorts of excellent.
