Anyone know when Pollo Campero is opening in Downtown Disney? And has anyone ever eaten at one? I'm tentatively looking forward to it.

There is one in Greenville, SC which is not too far from me. I have never been but always wanted to go because I am nuts for Mexican food.
I had no idea one was opening in DTD! Now there will be another place to eat there...and nowhere to eat at Hollywood Studios..how sad.

The did add new menus to Fairfax Fare and Studios Catering Co, Bella! Fingers crossed that you'll like those 
I'm excited about Pollo Campero. They say they'll have healthier menu items than they did at McD's, so that should be a good addition.

No love for Sci-Fi or 50's Prime Time? Or were you just thinking counter service. I think if you eat CS at Hollywood Studios, you just get a cupcake at Starring Rolls.

I was talking just counter service..I have much love for 50's Prime Time and a little bit-o-love for Sci Fi..
I did not KNOW they added new stuff to the menus..I must go check those out now!

DHS has questionable CS offerings I think. Worst of the parks off the top of my head.
