I am very excited about our family's trip to WDW. We are leaving Friday morning, staying overnight in Ocala, then leaving for the MK, Saturday, New Years Eve morning. I'm sure we will have a wonderful time for our 6 days at WDW!
Does anyone have last minute suggestions?
We are still wondering how long we have, NYE morning, before MK possibly fills to capacity.

Come New Year's Day at Walt Disney World, the lines to check out at the World of Disney, the resort's souvenir megastore, may rival any to be found at Space Mountain.
The first day of the year is also the second-busiest at Downtown Disney's flagship store, which draws about 8 million people a year " more than entire theme parks at Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando. Only Black Friday is busier.
Wow! I don't need them bad enough to stand in a long line for them. I'll pick up some if the opportunity presents itself.
BTW. I decided to leave my offsite hotel an hour earlier, so I can make it to my WDW resort by 8:30am. I can use Disney transportation from there and hopefully make it to MK by 10am, and before it possibly fills to capacity.
It's been on the local news all day that Disney (didn't mention which parks, but MK for sure) is closed due to capacity, temporarily I'm sure. Legoland too. I'm good to stay away, but the dh would be there right now if I'd go with him.

SQUEEEEE!! So exciting..I love the week or so before a trip! I spend the entire time thinking, "Next week at this time I'll be riding Splash Mountain"..or something like that.
