They haven't put any concrete dates just in case.
I have heard that it should open in sections, looks like the Circus area will be last to be available to guests

I believe that it will begin to open in that Fall of 2012 with a second phase opening in 2013. Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid has been slated for 2013 according to the Disney Parks Blog. I couldn't find many actual dates out there connected to the opening, I think that there's still too much chance for things to go wrong and possible push backs for them to announce anything really solid.

That sounds right. I thought I was hearing 2013 for opening.

A lot of the stuff looked pretty far along in the building phase from what we could see last week. I'm hoping late summer a lot of it will be open next year.
