I'm not sure if they're in Norway but they are at Fife and Drum Tavern in the American Pavillion. They can also be found in Animal Kingdom 
Best quick-service meal at WDW? I'd have to go with Earl of Sandwich, any of several sandwiches would probably top the list.
I also liked Peco Bill's, mainly for the toppings bar (plastic cheese and sauteed mushrooms on my burger? YES PLEASE).

And we will most definitely be at Fife and Drum then! Thanks--I hadn't remembered seeing them in Norway, but somebody said something about pretzels there before that comment, so I thought I must have missed them.

Hahahahaha, plastic cheese. Nothing but the best for sure. I do love their toppings bar too.
