I just saw this on my news feed on Facebook! I have don the Pirates Wishes Party which was super funny even though it was more for the kids. But this sounds a little more adult and like a LOT of fun! The only thing is that it is $99 a ticket per person 
yikes!
But sounds like there is a lot of food and it leaves an hour before wishes so you will also I am assuming get to see the 7 seas lagoon light parade.
I think this would be totally romantic and awesome especially to do on our honeymoon but I am not sure about paying $200 for something were I am not sure I can eat a lot of the stuff do to my gluten allergy. 
But I would love to hear about it if someone goes on it soon!
