Flower & Garden Vs. Food & Wine Festival - The EATS

So, for those of you who have attended both the F&G, and F&W Festival, how would you compare the food booths at Flower & Garden vs. Food & Wine? I know!!! F&G doesn't compare to F&W....... But, if you had one day for food sampling at F&G, what are your MUST TRY foods & Drink and why? confused Thanks!!! awesome
We'll be catching the last day of Flower & Garden this Sunday and I really want to sample some of the food made available for this special event.. I've heard the American Pavillion has some "Killer BBQ" awesome Any others that I must try... BTW, I'm by no means a picky eater laugh

The French pavilion - holy cow, was it good! Went beck for seconds on everything. Wasn't all that wowed by the Moroccan or Chinese pavilion. And don't miss the tequila flight at Mexico.

No, the F&G "outdoor kitchens" aren't nearly as cool as the F&W festival booths, mainly because there are roughly twice as many F&W booths. But good news, if you're only spending one afternoon there this won't be a problem since there's no way you could possibly try everything at F&W in just one day.

I wrote something about this recently and will try to find it and post it in a bit.

I can't find the suggestions I made in response to someone else's query, so here's a recap.

Urban Eats: ghost pepper-dusted tilapia was awesome.

Jardin de Fiestas (Mexico): the food was okay but not great.

Lotus House (China): both the spring pancake with chicken and the vegetable spring rolls were excellent.

The Smokehouse (American Adventure): the barbecue is good; I preferred the pulled pig slider and hubby preferred the beef with collards and cornbread.

Hanami (Japan): both sushi offerings were good.

Taste of Marrakesh (Morocco): the lamb brewat roll was the best thing on the menu, and we tried it all.

Fleur de Lys: only got the kir imperial, but it was good.

Buttercup Cottage: hubby loved the salad and I loved the pork and apple sausage roll.

Pineapple Promenade: the sweet potato cinnamon waffle with pineapple soft-serve is AWESOME.
