Frozen Ride - Most Evacuation Calls

interesting stats from the Orlando Sentinel:

The Frozen water boat ride, open since June 2016, has generated more calls for evacuations to Disney's fire department than any other attraction over the past two years. In fact, Frozen accounts for 20 percent of all ride evacuation calls made to Disney's own first-responders, Reedy Creek firefighters.

Out of more than 550 ride evacuation calls, 113 were for Frozen, according to data provided by Reedy Creek.

Two other longtime attractions open since the 1970s came next on the list, with Pirates of the Caribbean, another water ride, having 72 evacuations and Space Mountain with 64

We've ridden Frozen maybe 3 times and have never experienced a break down. Have you? We've certainly been stuck on other rides more often, and physically evacuated from maybe 3-4 rides over 15 years.

I hear, and the article mentions, that water rides are generally more challenging to maintain.

I've never been on it when there was an evac, but I've been in line when there is and I see that ride go down on the app A LOT considering it is an indoor attraction. Totally believe this stat.

Frozen has never even gone down while we have been on it. Actually, we have never been evacuated off of a ride. There have only been 3 rides we have been stuck on for any real length of time. Those rides were Test Track, Buzz, and Na'vi River.

We've been evacuated from Frozen, got to exit the side of the building and see some "backstage areas"

Alos got evacuated from Splash Mountain which was AMAZING. We were underneath and behind the ride. sooo cool

Got stuck on Soarin, our section stayed up at the end when the other 2 went down...

of course got stuck on Pirates a couple times but never evacuated...

I think that is all

Kinda makes you wonder if it was that way when it was Maelstrom, or if it has something to do with the refurbishment. I think I remember Maelstrom being down quite a bit.

I seem to recall Maelstrom going down a lot... A few years back I made it to Disney a couple years in a row, and I remember being in line more than once with it going down (and/or) intending to ride it, but being told that it was down.

Just made it back to Disney early August, and we tried catch the ride before illuminations (We missed our fast pass due to a pouring down rainstorm) And Frozen had gone down.

Fortunately, it came back up as Illuminations was ending so we were able to ride without much of a wait.

And fortunately, I've never gotten stuck on any ride where they've had to evacuate.... I think the longest I've ever gotten "stuck" was in haunted mansion, and I think that was mostly because they needed to stop the conveyor belts at the on/off point to help someone on or off the ride.
