Oh Wow,
We LOVED San Angel Inn, our waitress was amazing, everyone loved the food and the margarita's were delish. What a shame that you guys didn't like. My pic on here is actually from our dinner there.

Yeah... my food was runny from all of the grease from the steak... my wife actually didnt feel well afterwards. Dont know if it was the food or not... but she chalked it up to it. It was just an overall bad experience that probably sealed it for us to be honest. We were looking forward to it as well... but im glad you guys enjoyed it. I see the potential... just didnt work for us.... sad

oh wow! You must have done something to your waitress to make her mad.
We had such a great time that I was sad to leave.
It was the best food I have EVER eaten and the service was perfect.
I dont think I have ever heard anyone say a bad thing about the place but I could be wrong I guess.

We haven't been to San Angel Inn in several years because of our last experience there. Food was very bland and service was terrible. That was right after they changed the management though so that could have been part of the problem. Worried about trying it again though because there are so many other places at are much better in my opinion.

I agree about Pucks Express and Earl of Sandwich. I've heard good things about the new Pollo Campero (took McDonald's place), but I haven't been there personally.

Wolfgang Pucks has a lot of great menu items that aren't sandwiches. They have yummy pizzas and pasta dishes, oh my!

The sandwiches at EOS are worth a try even if you aren't a sandwich guy. They are better than the average meat, cheese and condiments. Oh my..that tuna melt makes me nutty.
