Back in 2015 Disney opened 5-megawatt facility in the shape of Mickey's head to improve their commitment to sustainability. Well the project must be going very well, because Disney is investing once more with a new complex. Origis Energy, a Miami-based company has reached an agreement with the Reedy Creek Improvement District to construct a new 50 megawatt solar energy farm, taking up 270 acres and housing 518,000 solar panels.
