I'm curious if anyone has heard or noticed if the price per point has dropped on the Disney re-sale market now that Disney announced some of the benefits are being removed?

I can't speak to pricing as a whole, but I do see an eye on Saratoga Springs just because that's where we own. They seem to be holding steady on Price Per Point so far, but Days on Market could be increasing without us really realizing it.

We put our 150 pt BWV contract on the market back in December, @ $100/pt. After four months with no offers, we accepted an offer of $90/pt on 4-26. It was sent to Disney for ROFR on 4-27. Disney took it on 5-5. Would they have taken it at $95, who knows? Whether resale prices drop or not is determined by Disney ROFR. If they allow prices to drop, resale will be more attractive, even with the elimination of benefits. I would be surprised if Disney lets resale prices go down much in the near future.
Thanks alicemouse and Skunk- great points , I forgot about Disney's ROFR0- I'm sure they won't let them go rock bottom!
They seem to be taking ROFR a lot more often these days.
