Has this ever happened to you?

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a few things from the Disney Store. I got the email confirming the order and all of the items were on the list. A few days later I got an email saying that my order was shipped but only one of the items was listed on this email. When I got to work I checked my account and I had two charges pending from Disney. Together they equaled the amount of the transaction. Well I received the package with one item but I have yet to get the others. One of the charges dropped off of my account too. I know they dont charge you until the item ships so I'm guessing thats why. I'm not sure what is going on. Now one of the items was a personalized stocking so I figured that would take a little longer. The one item that I got was really big so maybe they had to ship it on its own so thats why I got it and they rest will be shipped when the stocking is done? I'm not sure what I should do? I guess I just need your opinions lol Do you guys think this is normal or should I call?

If you call they will probebly give you a better answer than any of us could.

I have in the past. Depending on what you get, it is processed differently and charged when they ship but you figured that out by now.

I also placed an order...one was a personalized cup which was shipped seperate from a different company (zazzle).
I checked online and it looks like the rest of my order is on the way..

Thanks you guys. I was just starting to panic a little bit. They actually emailed me yesterday afternoon informing me that my package was on its way yay

I have had this happen with the Disney Store. They will not charge you for the item until it has shipped, and if it's taking a long time then the "hold" that was first put on your credit card may have expired. They will charge it for that item again when they ship the item to you.

I think that it's completely normal, but for some peace of mind I think you should give them a call just to be sure. That way you can get an estimate of when it will ship as well.
