I've been hearing about so many delicious things on here it's starting to make me wonder does Disney have any healthy food options??? LOL I assume that they do but I am wondering what they may offer?
They do, and you can find it all over the parks. Grilled chicken and vegetarian options at some of the counter-service places; grilled chicken or seafood or vegetarian options as well as entree salads at table-service restaurants. Not all purveyors of food have healthy options, though, so check menus online before you go.
I've seen turkey sandwiches, salads, and they even offer apple slices instead of chips with some of the QS meals. You can check out the menu's on WDW's site or Allears.com has the menu's listed as well.

WDW 2014 there are other sites that you can go to to check on healthy options - two I check out frequently is Disney Food Blog and Allears.net. DFB gives reviews on restaurants and Allears.net has all the menus from every restaurant at WDW. Give them a try.
I guess I have been eating UNhealthy food for the past 76 years. What on earth could be keeping me in good health. I did switch from plain Bud to Bud light. Maybe that's what is doing it.

There ya go Joe! That was the ticket.

Exactly!!!
My husband has a gluten, egg, soy(if it has wheat in it),and dairy allergy so he has to watch what he eats. Disney had many options for him and they all seemed to be in the "healthy eating" category. For deserts on the dining plan he always requested a plate of fruit which wasn't on the menu but he was always able to get one. Sometimes if you don't see something just ask. You just never know!!!

Disney is so good about accommodating people's special dietary requests...I love them for it! They'll go out of their way to make their guests happy. That's what keeps me coming back, and I'm sure your family is thankful, too!
WDW2014 - Those online menus that were mentioned, on Disney Food Blog and Allears.net, are FANTASTIC resources, and I'd ask your server once you're at the restaurant if there's any other ways the chefs may make your selections even more healthful while they're preparing it (not sauteeing in butter, using less salt, fruit instead of fries, etc.) just to up the health factor even more!
