HELP! Can't post pictures?

My file is a 153kb jpeg. I keep getting the following when I try to attach from my documents:

warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /var/www/sites/wdwforgrownups.com/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 1038.
warning: Illegal offset type in /var/www/sites/wdwforgrownups.com/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 1039.
warning: Illegal offset type in /var/www/sites/wdwforgrownups.com/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 1042.
warning: Illegal offset type in /var/www/sites/wdwforgrownups.com/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 606.

I'm not too tech savy when it comps to kb vs mb, but I thought kb's were smaller, so shouldn't this fit?

Katrina are you still having trouble posting, the reason I ask is that this post was at 11:27AM and in another post at 11;34AM you were sucessful in posting a picture in the other thread namely WDW-July 12-16=2011 I heard that if you ignore that message it will work nontheless. I know I sometimes have trouble posting a picture but NOT all the time. Go Figure..

Yeah, I got that second one to work, but I can't start my own thread and put a picture in, just tried again and it still doesn't work.
